So, I completed a game of Evil Plan (the plan failed :( ). You can read the results in tweet form (something the game itself encouges)

I reused Iona the Seeker's evil plan (hey, suffering is universal!)

Here are the steps enumerated to give you some context

The Evil Plan! - Causing misery amongst the local villages

1. Poison water supply.
2. Sow distrust amongst the villagers.
3. Curse the crops.
4. Capture and store misery for later use.
